And we're off!!

Well, okay, technically, we're sitting in San Francisco....on a five hour layover. Whoopie.

But we're on our way! :) Even though we're sitting in this airport miles from home, it is still hard to really believe we're going to have Norah in our arms soon.

I spoke with one of the owners of our agency last night about last minute details of the trip, and he said that we might get to see Norah on Sunday at the orphanage...depending on what time we fly into Da Nang.

The rest of our trip looks something like this:
Almost 15 hours to Hong Kong, layover for 2 hours, fly into HCMC/Saigon, VN at 10:30 VN time on Saturday morning. (They are exactly 12 hours behind Cincinnati time.)

Sometime on Sunday, we will fly from HCMC to Da Nang and stay there until Monday afternoon or evening. That will be the last we will see of the town where Norah lives now and the orphanage where she's been raised for the past 11 months.

We'll try and update tomorrow when we finally reach Hong Kong!

Woo Hoo! I can't believe your off!! All is well at the homefront. The trash trucks came by and scattered the trash cans as usual. All children appeared to make it to their destinations. Enjoy your few free days. You'll be really busy soon! Shan
